Storage space on a kayak is always at a premium, so is having essential items in easy reach, if you kayak and fish you know this right! We have lived with the issue for years, and the frustration was the catalyst to create an inspired design, the BerleyPro Bottom Congratulations on purchasing your Bottom Drawer for your Hobie Outback. Your storage solutions have been solved with tackle trays now at the ready below your seat! Getting started is super easy, all you need for this installation is a phiillips head screw driver, and of course your Bottom Drawer and two threaded screws.
Step 1: unclip the Fastex buckle
Step 2: Position the powder coated aluminium frame under your seat, with the mounting holes to the rear of the kayak
Step 3: Locate threaded brass captive nuts at rear of seat well
Step 4: align holes in powder-coated aluminium frame with threaded captive nuts. Align and tighter both screws as shown.
Step 5: Make sure screws are tight and powder -coated frame is secure and doesn’t move around.
Step 6: Fit ABS plastic tray, noting that recessed handle end faces out
Step 7: Slide the tray into place
Step 8: load up your tray with your preferred tackle storage. Note that the Catch waterproof boxes fit great. The Bottom Drawer fits;
1 x large Catch Waterproof Tackle Box (SKU 162208) 360x230x50mm with room to spare, or
2 x medium Catch Waterproof Tackle boxes (SKU 162207) 275x185x50mm

Does this work if you have the seat riser installed in the rear two screw holes?
Thanks
