We dispatch orders every business day from our warehouse in Melbourne.  Order by midday AEST and we’ll ship it the same day (most orders). Orders placed after midday or on weekends/public holidays ship the next business day. If there is any delay in shipping we will notify you via email.

Domestic Shipping Info

Australia-wide delivery via Australia Post for most orders. We use Live Rate shipping to calculate shipping costs. This system uses current Australia Post shipping rates and is calculated by parcel size & weight and delivery destination

  • Standard Post → 2-5 Days
  • Express Post → 1-3 Days
  • Free Shipping for orders with a value of over $149.00 (Sent via standard Post only)
  • Bulky parcels (Will-I Kayak Loader) that are too large for Australia Post are shipped via Direct Freight (no PO Box address delivery).
Orders shipped within Australia are subject to Australian GST as required. Where applicable, GST is included in the price or calculated at checkout.

International Shipping Info

Most International orders are shipped via Australia Post and are completed by Australia Post’s local partner carriers in each destination country to ensure reliable final-mile delivery. Larger items (such as the Will-I Kayak Loader) are usually shipped via UPS.  

  • Standard Australia Post International Shipping → 7-12 Days
  • Bulky / Heavy items, UPS → 3 - 7 Days

Returned Items due to Undeliverable Address

Avoid shipping delays by ensuring the delivery address and contact information provided during checkout is correct. If a parcel is returned to us we will contact you via email to come up with an immediate solution.

Domestic Delivery (Australia)

Regular size packages:
We offer Australia Post Standard Parcel Post and Express Post delivery options around Australia. Free standard shipping is offered for orders valued over $149.00 (heavy/bulky items excluded).

Standard shipping is sent via parcel post. Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro: 2-3 Days
  • Regional / Remote: 4-8 days

Express Post delivery times:

  • Same state: 1-2 business days
  • Interstate: 1-3 business days

Express Post parcels are often delivered the next day in metro areas. Check the Australia Post Delivery Speeds and Coverage page to see if your delivery address is within the overnight service area

Heavy / Bulky Packages:
Heavy / Bulky items too large for Australia Post are sent via DIrect Freight. Estimated delivery times:

  • East Coast Metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra): 1–2 business days
  • Regional NSW / VIC / SA: 1–3 business days
  • Regional QLD: 2–4 business days
  • Far North QLD: 5-7 business days

  • Perth Metro: 4–7 business days
  • Tasmania: 3–7 business days
  • Darwin / NT: 5–10 business days

International Delivery

Most International parcels are shipped via standard parcel post with tracking provided through Australia post. This has a delivery time ETA of 7-12 business days depending on your location.

Heavy / Bulky items are delivered via UPS. Realistic delivery ETAs to major destinations from Australia:

  • New Zealand / Major Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, etc.): 2–4 business days
  • USA / Canada: 3–6 business days
  • Europe (UK, Germany, France, etc.): 3–6 business days
  • Other destinations: Usually 3–7 business days

Note: all ETAs described above are estimates only and do not include potential delays at customs

Taxes, duties and import fees

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged in their country. These are not included in our prices and are collected by local customs or the carrier.

We recommend checking with your local customs office or the carrier if you are unsure whether duties will apply. Duty amounts vary by country, product type, and order value.

What if I order the wrong item?

If you inadvertantly order the wrong item you can send it back to us and we will swap it over for the product you require or refund the cost of the item.

In instances where you need the item ASAP the fastest way to resolve it is to place an order for the product you need and just send back the incorrect item for refund.

What if I am sent the wrong item?

We try our best to fullfull orders promptly and correctly but every now and then something slips through the cracks. In the off chance that we sent you something you didn't order contact us immediately to let us know so we can ship you the correct item.

What if I Ordered something and changed my mind?

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you changed your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the product for a refund within 60 days of delivery, provided it is in new condition and still in its original, unopened packaging.

Important note: we refund only the purchase price of the product itself (not the original shipping cost) and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
