Kimmi Cart Kayak Trolley

Doesn't work properly pointing the same way in the photos.
I bent the leg stand (I've bent it back, but probably won't last much longer) and tore the rubber padding when using the same way as shown.
Even when tied down it would come off and dig into the dirt.
When I turn it around with the long section pointing backwards it seems to work well, wish I knew this before I damaged it.

This is the last kayak cart you'll ever buy. I got so sick of cheap, plastic carts breaking at the worst times. Not only am I out that money, but now I'm a mile from the truck and stuck dragging my kayak over rough ground. This thing is easy to put together and break down, you can put whatever wheels you want on it (depending on if you frequent the beach, concrete ramps, rocky terrain, etc.), it's absolutely bulletproof and it looks like it was built by SpaceX. Very much worth the investment!

Motivation was to get away from scupper carts. I have used the Kimmi Cart several times now and like the title says, it is a game changer. Pricey but you get what you pay for. Quality, strong reliable construction that allows easy transport over all types of terrain with 30cm Wheelez. Well done Berly Pro!

The Kimicart is easy to use and very well designed and thought out. Assembly would have been easier if I looked at the directions first. First impression was, “this thing is stout!”

I’ve used these types of carts in the past and only used them a handful of times before they ended up in storage. The Hobie scupper cart was just easier to use…and have caused cracked scupper holes…until now.

The bunks with the rubber grip the bottom of the Hobie outback and almost feels the strap is unnecessary. The single strap is brilliant. Love the stainless buckle on the strap.

Today’s launch was down a steep sandy bank, easily 45 degrees, that leads to large rocks at low tide. The Kimicart handled it no problem - both in and out. It was extremely stable and I wasn’t concerned about cracking another hull once I got into the rocks.

I love how it easily stores on the back of the Outback - saving a trip to the vehicle - not possibly with other types of carts I’ve used in the past.

Seriously - awesome job guys. This was obviously designed and built by a group of kayak fisherman that actually use them.

I was in the market for a new cart as I was sick of using my scupper cart and lifting a kayak after a long day’s paddle to find two small holes can be taxing and challenging solo. Enter the Kimmi cart!!

From the get go the instructions on putting the Kimmi cart together were easy to follow.
I was able to set up the cart to my preferences for my kayak and preferred wheel size.
I have been refining and seeing what works best in terms of loading and unloading my yak onto the cart, Marty’s video was very helpful in working this out.
The cart folds down and sits on the back of the kayak even when it’s fully loaded in tournament mode.
I’d recommend this cart to most people wanting a simple and effective cart that’s built to last

Working with BerleyPro has been amazing. I got my cart with a custom axle for the giant Suspenz wheels bc the powder sand in Navarre eats tires. The cart and axle were delivered fast and even got a custom kickstand to match the new tire height.

The Kimmi cart is brilliant but with 30cm wheels the folding leg was too short for my liking. Contacted Marty and he sent me out a longer folding leg which fixed the problem. The service from Marty and his crew is second to none. Well done guys, love your work. Cheers Dazz

This is a quality made cart. This cart will take a beating and survive any terrain you pull your kayak over.
Packaging and initial presentation is tidy and compact.
Instructions are clear and construction is quick and straightforward.
Operation is easy and supports are customisable to any hull.
I have used this cart over gravel, bitumen (boat ramps), sand, mud/silt and grass/fresh embankment.
I am completely satisfied using this cart.

The Kimmi cart is excellent. Really sturdy and well designed. I’ve used a few different carts over the years and this is definitely the best one. Easy to place kayak on and off and sits well when moving it from the vehicle to water and back. Another brilliant product out of Berleypro.

This cart is very well thought out and built. Being able to use a set of wheels that I already own was awesome. The bunks grip well enough that I rarely use the strap while moving the kayak around the house. The retracting kickstand is great for when in mud or sand and not having to reach under the kayak to move it or forgetting and getting hung up while rolling.
