CRC Di-Electric Grease seals, lubricates, waterproofs, and insulates electrical connections. This thin, non-curing silicone compound protects against moisture, corrosion, and arcing while reducing voltage drops and improving performance in harsh conditions like rain, salt spray, and extreme temperatures. This makes it highly suitable for use in lubricating and protecting electrical plugs and connectors in electronics used in marine enviroments.
Application is simple - just squeeze the tube and apply a small amount of grease to all of your connections. These tubes have an easy applicator nozzle, so its quick and simple. Apply it on all electrical connections: battery terminals, fish finder plugs, transducer cables, lights, and any waterproof connectors.
There is no need to apply Di-Electric Grease liberally - less is more (so a small tube goes a long way). As long as you don't overdo it the grease is pushed away from the metal contact points when you connect the plug, so electricity flows normally while the grease seals out water and corrosion.

Di-Electric Grease.. Use this all the time for all my marine electrical work.
water and electrical contacts are not a good mix, all my sounders and fuse holders contact points are covered in Di-Electric Grease. works a treat and would always carry on the boats tool tray and in the car.

Di-Electric Grease. Is a must for all your water repellant and rust prevention,
A must on the boat with a few thousand dollars worth of LOWRANCE Plotters and Transducer plugs and other electrical fittings. At time Boats do get wet in places we don't want water. Di-Electric Grease is a great way to limit or even stop any ingress of moisture and corrosion. Used this grease for many years on Motor Bikes, cars and the Boat.

I dont know how it was. I ordered the Di-Electric Greasde and a keel gaurd for my auto pilot. However when I pushed the order button, I realized I put in the wrong address. I immediately emailed to inform you of the accident. However, I never heard back from anyone. The product was shipped and I have no ideal where it went. Hopefully next time, customer service will be better for the next customer.
